Preparation and dispatch

Your order is dispatched within 14 days after payment. For bank transfers, dispatch takes place after the funds have been received; for cheques, after the cheque has been received and cleared.

This timescale covers dispatch. Postal transit time is additional and depends in particular on the destination: delivery within 14 days is not guaranteed.

Maximum delivery period

The maximum delivery period, including preparation and postal transit, is 30 calendar days for France, 45 calendar days for other European destinations and 60 calendar days for other available destinations, from receipt of payment. These periods apply to destinations available at checkout. For deferred payment by bank transfer or cheque, the period starts when cleared funds are received. These periods do not limit your statutory rights in the event of delay.

Postage within France

Standard letter: €1.80, free for orders from €20.01.
Tracked letter: €2.50, free for orders from €50.01.
Registered letter with tracking: €8.50, free for orders from €100.01.

Europe and international destinations, excluding France

Standard international letter: €3.00, free for orders from €20.01.
Registered international letter with tracking: €10.00, free for orders from €100.01.

Free postage applies only to the shipping method whose threshold your order reaches. Standard letters do not include tracking. Available shipping methods and the postage applicable to your address are displayed before you confirm your order.
